Yes, stack 30 is fully sold.

One unit was sold yesterday, left final 7 units. Highest is 4th floor -one unit left. The rest are 1st and 2nd floor.

Signature still has high floor units.
Alternatively you can consider Woodlands Northwave, all of which has shuttle to MRT.
