Yes replied FB messager, the admin "Lynn" i think. Said must show name and unit numbers. I told her it is sensitive to provide such full detail so in the end i didnt join.

Same here.. did not join in the end as I don’t feel comfortable giving out so much details.. don’t understand why must provide such details if the group is for sharing info among residents..

For the 500+ members in our group, they had provided the necessary information for us to verify that they are owners. "Firestone" would have provided min. block information if not comfortable to reveal level and stack. So it's not possible to join w/o providing any details.

The rest are redacted, including the name

But then Facebook shows the name

I think the main concern for the admin is allowing people who are not residents to join

I'm also one of the buyers / owners of the Criterion units.

When I joined Criterion FB group, I was also required to provide document to proof that I did purchase an unit.

Same as a few of you, I was also uncomfortable of showing all information.

So, I only showed OTP with my name + Blk no of the Criterion.

I left out my level and stack number.

It was sufficient enough for me to join the group....

Think I am the few people who bought very early. I bought in Dec 2015. I guess getting letter will depend which block ready 1st. I will only look for contractor cos my hubby is into fengshui. We will follow fengshui master instruction to do up the house.
