Oh by the way there's this biggest childcare in singapore project going on i think near wisteria that side. There's a plot of land for primary school as well just right opposite signature.

My youngest will be going P1 by TOP. I will be submitting PV application using Criterion address next yr already.

the childcare is at the opposite end of wisteria with a new hawker coming up as well just beside the childcare.. but will be quite a long walk from criterion.

Heard wisteria is about 80% sold already. Its a good news cause it means that there's a demand for private properties in the area

Actually the current location is fine since I have a car but the public transport is really bad. I have joined all the surrounding BTOs facebook group and always ppl complaining about 860 very crowded etc.

Will update some pics over the wkends.

Yah, location is good for those who drive. Can get to CTE very fast.

I've never taken 860 b4, maybe when more residents then they will add more buses and increased the frequency. I remember long ago 804 also super long q. Then slowly they introduce 806 and over the yrs increased frequency and change bus route.

I think I'm more concerned on how MRT platform can cater for the increased in commuters in Yishun with so many BTOs and Condo now. My friend tells me peak hour, SMRT will stop the escalator because of overcrowding.

Yeah SMRT need think of a way to reduce congestion. Yishun is very pack during peak hours. Is there any transport from khatib to our side currently?
