Now that i realised vista spring got such good unblocked view. Nxt time criterion facing there also shiok but cant really see the reservoir.

Not sure what view i will see next time. My parent house at level 10, also can see very far view.

I am interested in getting a 4bdrm premium. Is the living hall space smaller compare to other ECs? Will be great to hear your opinions.

Here's the 4 bedroom premium unit showflat size. As to whether it is bigger or smaller compared to other EC, not too sure, you have to go compare yourself.

Got a 3 bedder recently. I know it's abit too early but just wondering if anyone started planning about ID/renovation yet :s13:

Most headache on how to design kids room so that there's enuff storage for their toys and books plus study table.

Congrats future neighbour. I only intend to do very simple reno since 90% of the stuffs shld be done up

Hi guys, first-timer here looking to buy a 2room.Considering either Signature or Criterion but seems like Signature is cheaper. Any reasons why you guys chose Criterion over Signature and roughly how much 2room cost in Criterion? Appreciate it!
