My family is interested in blk 13, but we can't tell the location of the rubbish chute. We tried asking the agent several times but he told us that the developer hasn't get back to him.
Does anyone here bought an unit in blk 13?

Which stack in Blk 13 you are interested in?. if I'm not wrong.. it should be near either stack 25 and 26.. Strangely.. your agent should have all the information on hand..

Stack 27.
We tried using the floor plan for blk 9 and guess it for blk 13, assuming both blks have the same layout.

Rubbish chute is beside stack 25 but main door not facing it. Stack 26 main door faces the rubbish chute but won't see it unless someone open that door. Stack 27 main door facing lift door. Not sure you get what I mean.

Yes same as blk 9. Stack 25 = Stack 17. Same layout.

Another view....
Look like HDB.....many apologies...I just can't stop myself for writing this...
I believed most of the private housings are either black in color or dark in color.... which make them look grand... well.. The Criterion is the opposite... but that does not matter much to us... as long as the interior layout and furnishing is good...
