The area in front of stack 4 is the drive in/out and dropoff point, then some stairs up leads to the club house, gym area/pool area.

surprisingly still a lot of people went for signature at Yishun

So far for the month of
July - 0 sold
June - 30 sold
May - 14 sold
Total: 44

For criterion, for the month of
July - 8 sold
June - 14 sold
May - 21 sold
Total: 43

I would have thought more people would have gone for criterion given the weird SG50 theme of signature @ Yishun

Everyone has their preference mah...maybe they really like Signature's theme. Must respect their decision. ;)

To be frank, Signature looks more altas exteriorly and interiorly...But to be fair, didn't have to chance to see the interior of Criterion yet. But the interior photo of signature taken shown in the forum is really good and match that of PC...

Agree the pics look good. So your post here is trying to say The Criterion buyers made a bad choice? Need us to go into Signature thread to post congratulation message on your 'wise' choice? I think you are the funny one lor. :s22::s8:

Definitely not la...different buyers have different needs..For Criterion, the developer is CDL...If I am to choose between Criterion and Signature, I will choose Criterion as developer is definitely the top requirement for me...I like Criterion's unit layout too. My point is CDL should make it look more like a PC la...

Same thoughts. We down to both showflat. quality wise, Signature is better somewhat. Me and my spouse feel that if showflat usually will show the "best" quality works in order to attract buyers..

Again, signature hv its cons. Depend on individuals ba.

I think one reason Signature is doing well is because it is going to TOP this month.

From here aircon is listed as Mitsubishi. Cooker & Oven brand cannot be found anywhere. Sanitary fitting brands also cannot be found. Keep emphasizing the designer name only. :D

Security System and Waste Disposal System information also missing in their brochure. :s11:
