@evleaks confirmed that the Galaxy Note 8 would be available for purchase on 15th September.........."

So good sia. Singapore always don't have such good deal. I think ours will be just option 1 and either microSD or wireless charger.

I have 2 wireless chargers liao so no point another. Will likely pick the microSD but while 256gb is nice, the more space you have, the lazier you will be to do house keeping, then end up storing more and more rubbish and need even bigger cards.

All i need is actually enough space to record 4K videos for the day before i get home.

Cause people believe in some legacy tech. Also who knows what kinda of media they might be holding within their sd cards. 4k videos..30MP pictures.

The Note series has no competitor at all in the market. There used to be a LG competing in this phablet+stylus market but it's now pretty much just Samsung's Note series in the market.

People who need the stylus, will get the Note, regardless of what the price would be.

The other time i recorded 4K videos directly to the microSD and there were stutters every now and then, then i switch back to internal memory and everything was ok. So what i do is i just copy everything to microSD and leave space in my phone for recording. I guess it's more reliable in a way.

LG optimus Vu?
They still have one but its called lg stylus 3...essentially a low end phablet with a simple capacitive stylus that is basic and lacks alot of what the s pen can do

So $1300 note8 for no plan price for the 64gb flavor ? Hahahhah

My cmi friend want. Note 8 but ggg if its cost as much as $1600 hahahhah
