If anybody goes to bkk, at Rod Fai Night Market (the one near Seacon Square) there's this pop up shop called Silvercut Barbershop
Gives good gentlemen's cut for only 300 baht (sgd$12). My barber was super meticulous and skillful.
Only downsides are that there's no washing before or after the cut, and that there's no mirror. So you have to communicate well beforehand (ie for me I told her no hard parts, just simple combover)
Other than that, I felt that its very value for money for the quality of the cut
