Anyone cut hair before in Seoul? Got any good barber for men??

I cut at HOS, S$20. I love the fading shave.


Which barber in JB can give a good haircut and shave? I'm keen.

Bro what and where is HOS? $20 damage is cut only? Do they have wash?

I have been looking all over the place for a good fade haircut that won't cost me $35++. Thanks.

It's just a trend. It's like how suddenly cafes are popping out everywhere, that's what barber shops are doing now. Charging upwards of $35 a pop is crazy.

I used to do that, paying $35 for a barber cut but the fades and all only last 1 week before my hair grows out and then it looks normal. Not possible and plausible to pay $35 every 2 weeks for a cut. That's $70 a month.

Now, I usually go over to JB to get a barber cut. Same thing, paid in RM and it's only RM20.

Can afford to shave every week.

where in jb do you go for a barber? care to sic? thanks!

usually now i just go to a malay barber to do it, called Red Panther at upper serangoon shopping centre. $8, gets the job done.

no more $35 haircuts....

Anyone has any recommendations on classic and cheap malay barbers left in Singapore? Preferably <$10. Now all the "atas" barbers also cut until $30++.. at the end of the day my opinion is just shave the sides and cut short nia..

Right now my regular spot is Red Panthers @ Upper Serangoon. Been going there close to a year now, would highly recommend him! Just checking if there are others that you guys can share!

There's one at bangkit, $12. He's more than decent but opens only at 12 noon and closes around 9pm.

Ya too many of this kind of hipster Barber dishing out epic price tag

I most expensive I did was 20++ but go back to QB premium still decent at least they don't cut any how like make u got some spaces got bleeding from the cuts

In the end I go cheap try a $8 so call copy those ec or QB chain type and I told them my preference and wallla cheap and Decent $8 only

Now a days haircut getting too much expensive

Joel Phua is at Jermyn Street now.

Had visited We Need A Hero sometime mid-last year and was served by Joel for a haircut only. Must say the experience was very professional-much like most of the beauty brands operated by the Sap Esprit group.

They were even offering complimentary beverages from Tiong Bahru bakery a few shops down! Service was as follows:
1)Wash
2)Consultation with Barber
3)Cut
4)Finishing

Joel was very friendly and chatty. I had left it up to him to cut my hair however he wanted and he did not disappoint. My hair was cut in manner where it retained it's shape for about a month-which is surprising as most places are unable to deal with my thick and tricky hair growth.

The only downside was there was no rinse after the cut, which result in me shedding loose hair as I went about my business in town afterwards. Would strongly recommend visiting Joel at Jermyn Street!

Joel have left Jermyn Street and is now working at Rogue & Beyond. He is one of the best out there. If you need your hair fixed, go look for him.

I asked for the price of a shave.

Guess what? $6.

I immediately sat down.

The process. Applied pre shave oil, shaving cream, shave. Repeat shaving cream, shave. So shaved twice. Then hot towel, shaving balm, nice smelling lotion to forehead. Then cut nostril hair.

Totally worth it. My skin was like baby after the shave. Sideburns also adjusted.

When it comes to shaving, Indian barbers rock!

Theres a guy (mid 30s) at Marine Terrace who does great fade and clean cuts for $12.
No hot towel, happy ending (lol!), etc. Pure experience cut and can request for styling too.
