Ya these kind is ultimate time waster. They already know from the get go ur u won't be hired.Never kena multiple round interviews good liao. At least no hope, better than tio baited and they simply use you as headcount for interviews. Need to interview at least 1 sinkie kind

Typical entitled gen z, now who is the desperate one looking for job? Who is the one begging for job? Know your place and position first. This is basic research about the company that everyone should do before interview, if this is the standard of our fresh grads, I rather hire a 50 year old lao uncle.
yes. this is a platform for company to fulfill the obligation to hire singaporean first. but the hiring company will find all the excuses that they cannot find a suitable candidates. then they will hire FT. so most of the job there is just for show.is a well known fact that company already want to hire FT from the start.. just give sinkies a spark of hope nia
