hey, recently just bought an OGL veg tan belt. do i need to apply mink oil immediately or after 1 or 2 months then apply mink oil?

Hi, you can give your belt a tan and then oil them later either way. For mine, i dun oil my belt. I use natural greasy hand do the job

the bifold is sweet man. somehow light tan/saddle leather exterior + thin white thread close space stitching is chio to the max, just like that gentleman style wallet one of the masters posted earlier

Just gotten myself a veg tan long wallet from Soh. Pictures taken, will be up after taking my dump.
Just a question, it's perfectly ok to oil my wallet and start using immediately right? It definitely will still age right? Cuz I don't really have the luxury to sun them before usage.
Or would scasi or James actually recommend not to oil it and just start using it? I'm afraid the natural oil from our hand isn't enough for veg tan leathers. Maybe it's been in the air-conditioned room for too long, I still I can start to see small lines predicting a crack.
