How much was shipping for the belt?
Wat did u treat the leather with, obe lp? Did it color the leather?

Went to ogl website, but can't find a belt with the normal buckle, so likely gg corter... Or does anyone hv any recommendations?

Narragansett Leathers, Equus Leather, Hollows Leather, Corter

Corter's belt had fugly oversized keeper loop in the past, their belt update looks good.

if you want to be quirky, Narragansett has Hoof Pick/Pelican Hook belts at pretty reasonable price compared to other makers

obenauf LP will darken natural or tan leather. i used on my dark brown belt and sneakers can't see much difference

Can obernauf hd be use on those LV/Prada bags?
Want to use it on my gf's bag

First much check what type of leather, if patent leather don't do anything.

LV is not made of leather is a coated canvas, only the handles and trimming is leather.

Not say cannot but with normal regular use the sweat and oil from hand will stain the handle for natural patina.

No need any extra leather conditioner unless store in wardrobe for a very long time never use.

HD more for tough condition eg boot which always wet. Will feel waxy after use. (somewhat like mink oil and dubblin)

For finer stuff like handbag, the thinner obenauf leather oil will be more suitable. Lexol is another good alternative. Some people simply use Nivea Creme moisturiser which is very cheap.

I use my neutral shoe cream or conditioners on my wife's bags. (since I have a plenty but it is not economical for large product)

I did not treat my belt with any leather products. Just plain natural oils from hands. Color is darkening each day and it will eventually darken to the color of the card holder some day.

Anyway, for those who wants shell cordovan from corter, check out his store either on wed or thurs as my friend said he may restock but in extremely limited numbers.

I used comgateway. LCG more thicker leather feels more sturdy. His workmanship quite good.

Filson quite thin like ladies belt 1 and 1/4 inch width. Leather is very soft.

Selling some of my surplus crafting tools for anyone who is interested to add these nifty stuff to aid them in getting the project in great shape!

Its kinda a big list of items, hence I placed it there instead of advertising it here directly.

Once again, interested buyers do contact me via details shown in that thread! Thanks!

I'm heading to a leather tools/supply factory in Feb 14. Let me know if you guys want something! I'll check stock and price!

Pls, no bulky items! If you buy in bulk and is heavy, I'll probably have to charge accordingly to weight if I'm taking a budget flight back. I've not bought my return ticket yet!
