614sqft at 1.6+mil mid floor pool facing is not cheap honestly.

When the indicative price states 2 bedder starts from 1.2xmil, I was expecting pool facing ones should be around 1.4mil thereabout and not cross 1.6mil which is suppose to be the starting price of 2+S.

2+S at 2.1mil? Haha, can look elsewhere Liao.

Not sure after the release of such pricing, how many pple gonna withdraw their Cheque.

But the queue at the SF for balloting paints a different pic, it is madness. It’s as if there’s freebies given out. Response seems to be v strong though. Waiting for the update on total units sold, could easily be 50% my guess.

Not sure if these pple are balloting for the cheapest Low floor poor facing units.
If they have to settle for those premium facing units eventually, I was wondering how many will still proceed to buy.

Ok la, it’s a happy thing if property buying sentiment is good. Lol :D

Lol I not sure either. Let’s wait for update, I’m sure the cheaper units would fly off the shelf first.

2B means u r referring to 592sqft 2 bedder? Or premium 2 bedder at 6xxsqft?

I just asked generally for stacked 38 S facing
There are both configurations there
Cos I supposed to choose and let him know and we go into details
But decided not to buy so didn’t pursue

😮 for that kind of psf, there are many choices around
But quantum Low I supposed make it attractive

Any idea how’s the sales?

Most of the units in the short building (studio, 1BR) are sold.

For the main blocks, good stacks (#46) and cheap stacks (#3/4) are clearing away from the bottom floor onwards

2B+S and 3DK are mostly untouched

More than 50% sold. Balloting still ongoing.

Power, despite its launch price is higher than I expected.
So quite obvious as mentioned before, the 2k visitors who turn up at the M SF is not just go there for show only.

FOMO.. Their marketing strategy pays off! but seemed like many serious buyers really see The M as the One! Studio and 1BR cfm will sold out.. Probably will only have some 2+S and 3DK left

It’s not surprising, this morning the queue outside was damn long and crowded. I’m surprised the 2Bdr plus study didn’t sell as well though.

The marketing strategy only pay off if they really get to sell units at 2700psf to cover those units moved at 2100psf, else I think they would be better off building a premium project and sell it avg2600psf, still a lot of room for appreciation.

1BR alr exceeded 2700psf and they were sold like hotcake lo! :s22:

No surprise, bigger unit = higher quantum = slower to move
