Brochure not out yet.
Originally it was supposedly 2 tower blocks with 390 units.
Now its 3 blocks with 552 units...an increase of 132 units![]()
Any updates on psf and pricing for The M?
Maintenance fees wil range from $250 to 350 so it's palatable for a city location. If you study the layout, it's very obvious that Wing Tai is positioning it as an investment property for rentability and an easy flip. Even the 3 bedder configuration (only 17 units) is a dual key unit to allow an investor to rent out the entire unit as a seperate 2 bedder and 1 bedder.
Not sure if it’s the best for own stay though, too many units...
Hearsay from agent, the project’s avg is $2500psf with lowest quantum at about $985k for the studio unit.
The units layout are smallish and more suited for rental than own stay, of cos the main selling point is its location.

If we calculate for the 743 sqft two-bedder, they’ll average at 1.85m then? They are a lot of units with bad layout/facing, so the premium unit should price at $2m?
If you buy that...You are beyond stupid
I believe 743sqf is the 2 plus study.
The 2 bedder is around 592sqf around 1.45m only, quantum wise it is still palatable, but more for rental I guess
