I told him siao arh.

Midtown Bay 1 bedder only starts at 1.3xmil for a 16th floor.

GuocoLand only sold 28% for midtown. Not sure TQL they will lower price as competitive as the M.
The bid price for TQL is 4-5% higher than the M though.

I took a look at the caveats lodged, it ain’t exactly cheaper in psf terms but in absolute quantum terms it’s cheap cos the unit layouts are small. Majority of units transacted around $24xx-27xxpsf, only low floor units w bigger size transacted at lower psf terms.
