Midtown Bay 1 bedder only starts at 1.3xmil for a 16th floor.

Crazy, midtown bay is such a posh project compared to the M. For the same price same floor I would already choose midtown bay

it just so happen that I explored it further with my Property Agent relative, banker and lawyer and they all had verified it’s workable. I wouldn’t have explored this or think of this if I never visit the M SF, though in the end, the unit that I’m eyeing is sold on the next day. Totally have no time to react. Jin emo now.
