new price list effective tomorrow.

jump of 150k-200k from previous prices, although its mostly higher floors too.

some units will cross 3k psf

wow, so much for COVID19... looks like it will help Midtown Bay move a bit..

Good. We need rich new launch buyers to keep the market afloat, so that Ravi has no excuse to remove the cooling measures :s13::s13::s13:

Haha the M is no longer attractive. 3000psf can top up more to buy sth grandeur and more posh.

Anybody find the alley where the car entrance is going to be rather unappealing? The other 2 sides are the same but I guess there are no entrances/exits there. The main human entrance/exit should be at middle road side right?

Town area is like that one. Very squeezy. The purpose is just to get the car in/out.

Carpark lots barely enough I guess but not many people drive.

The main entrance will be facing the back of those hot pot restaurants with their exhaust pipes. Ever passed by that narrow lane and could smell those bbq smell. :(

But people are still willing to pay 3k psf / equivalent rental for it :s13:

Coz of the excellent location ma. In any case, lets hope the main entrance will not be too close to those exhaust pipes bah.

Btw, anyone has any idea how many % sold already?

NW facing Bugis Junction is mostly unblocked if you are on middle high floor, view is rather uninteresting.

SW facing middle road is mostly unblocked on middle high floor as well, view towards CBD is more interesting. But middle road traffic can be noisier. Some stacks faces the pool.

NE facing Duo side will have another high rise Midtown condo coming up. So view should be mostly blocked.

SE facing will see the other block and pool within the condo and the new building replacing shaw towers.

Which facing is better?

Quoted: "many projects including Fourth Avenue Residences, Kopar at Newton and The M revised their selling prices upwards last quarter."

My guess is by making this move, Wing Tai
  1. realise they underprice The M earlier - average of $2,4xx++ psf. Huat to the early bird buyers? :s22:
  2. is confident their existing units (of much higher quantum) will still sell even with the upcoming launch of mid town modern?

The M was underpriced for those who bought below 23xxpsf.. since further away town projects like FAR, Kopar, OPB is already selling at that psf. If u realized it’s now 25xxpsf up to even 29xxpsf.

Congrats to the early birds!
