I walked past the site yesterday and saw some construction at the main entrance area. But i realised the current small road along the main entrance is so smoky with all the exhust from the restaurants. Will the main entrance be "smelly" from the exhaust eventually?

F&B exhausts are definitely a huge negative point if it is pointed at any development.

Wonder if MTM has this issue or the exhaust all faces The M

OK for investors gunning for the <2.1k psf units, but no-no for own stay

At least MTM is facing the front of restaurants. Noisy, but shouldn’t stink.

M is facing the back-alley with kitchen and rubbish point. Good luck chilling (or dining :s13:) in the balcony

Best to visit the site and experience it for yourself ;)

I really go and walk the perimeter around M a few times leh.
Really no smell.
Maybe pig’s nose not as sensitive as dog’s nose :D

Heard that MTM condo can hear call for prayers from Sultan Mosque loud and clear every day. Does the M affected by it too?
