Actually i would go for a longshot
longshots are way cooler and shoots further so the vulcan SUCKS!!!

Looks like you're right in the middle, people here range from 10+ to 30+. Nerf is played in both schools and offices, so i guess you can say its truely a game for all ages! :)

hey guts i saw 16 mavericks at the toy department down at robinsons in orchard


and my friend just got a longshot it is so cool!!! only rebirth will understand this: (joshua got it)

Nerf Vulcan owners unite!

Check out this amazing Nerf Vulcan mod by the guys at ManaPotions, they doubled the battery voltage from 9V to 18V (quite simple to do with RC packs), added a LED ammo counter and battle paintwork... the result is a 500 rounds per minute Vulcan!

Just watch what happens when they add (2) RC battery packs to it:

The motor melted though

Yeah, doubling the battery voltage to 18V is a surefire way to overheat the stock Vulcan motor quickly, an alternative is to just increase the voltage in smaller steps to 12V or 15V (just connect up 2 or 4 additional batteries) to minimise overheating, while still getting vastly improved RoF.

I guess its also possible to upgrade the stock motor to a high rpm RC motor too. :)
