My "normal usage"
Music using earphones - 1 hour
Games - 20 mins
Videos - YouTube about 10 mins
Surfing using chrome browser/email - 1 hour
SMS/whatsapp - dunno how to gauge this but quite frequent
Calls - approx 20mins
Camera - about 10 photos and playing around with photo sphere for 5mins

With my S2, doing all these stuff will not last more than 12 hours, so i feel the nexus 4 battery life is good enough.

Settings
Auto brightness off. Brightness about half
Bluetooth off
NFC off
GPS off
Wifi always on
Silent mode when zzz
Email I set manual update (never push)

sounds like how i use my phone (still using ip4), even though people say my phone is almost like an old dumbphone with whatsapp

put CM on s2 and you'll see batt life improve

My credit card got charged by google this morning, but on my google wallet the order still shows as "pending"... does that mean that they are finally starting to ship out orders?

Ordered on 28 Nov and was in the 4-5 weeks batch btw.

Give it 1-2 days for for the status page to be updated. Normally they will charge your card before they start the shipping process for your device.

Can you receive incoming calls and/or send sms? If you can only receive calls and sms, did you pay your phone bill?

Anyway, tried restarting your phone?

Found out the culprit is the samsung earpiece.

Once plugged in, i cannot call or receive calls.

Once unplugged, i can.

When did you order and what's your expected shipping date?

If your order was placed 7 working days ago, then that's normal. Google wasn't able to fulfill your order within the 7 days, so the amount on hold was released back to your account.

All in all, no, your order is not affected. You just have to be more patient and wait a longer period.

Sounds like you received a problem set...When i used earpiece to call or receive call, the other party will hear distortion sound from me.... zzzzz

go borrow another earpiece to test..

You need to be docked on the wireless charging pad.

Or use CM10.1 and there is an option to enable it during charging and docked mode.
