Just ordered a Nexus 4 from google play store. Just to confirm, for the charger that came with Nexus 4, it will be in US pin. Can i just use a travel adaptor to convert to 3-pin to charge the Nexus 4?

Try stopping Google Services Framework and clear the cache, then go and check for updates.

New Nexus 4 user here! (since yesterday). No 4.2.2 for me either.

you need to make sure your device is exactly what the OTA is expecting. Else you're gonna have updating issues or not receive the OTA.

Did you flash a new radio version?
Did you flash custom rom?

if you are not rooted, then maybe wait a while longer loh. or manually update. If I'm not wrong, you don't have to be rooted to manually update.

I'm just curious how many hours of battery of life can expect from Nexus 4? Especially for web browsing?
Because on android central forum, it's average only 3-4 hours... which I think is pretty poor battery life.

Do you guys peel of the plastic cover (with the IMEI sticker) on the back of nexus 4 before putting the case on?

Does this plastic actually preventing the heat to come out?

mine still on it. i see no point to remove it as i will be using TPU case.

Those that need help with OTA, you can do manual update. 5 minute thing only.

Follow the instructions in my previous post.

I read on xda this method creates some problems though it does increase the probability of getting the ota sooner..
