IIRC,
Google to comgateway about 1-2 days, very fast.
Comgateway via DHL, once you paid and confirmed shipping, if no delay in flight, about 3-5 days reached SG as they go through alot of sorting facility, last one in HK, when it reached HK, you can almost confirm, it will be in SG the next day.
DHL will send to your hand not letterbox and they must deliver to the address stated in the DO, you can't change address even you can prove you are the receipent, i ask them leave at neighbour also no.
If you know they will touch down on Sat, you can call to arrange delivery even on Sun.

nope, i merely applied steps from forumer weiyang post + my own experience buying N4 from US direct.
Touchwood, my on/off button still working fine, i used power toggles minimise the usage on it.
correct word is forwarder.

Anyway swanpeach, once you receive the tracking number, just send your device off to Google, that way no need to deal with dateline extension and all that crap..
