Thanks for all your reply.
Can anyone share your experience using nexus 4 on android 4.4.4?

Honestly,i wasn't too happy using nexus 7 (1 gen) previously as its significantly slower than my note 3.

Understand that nexus 4 will be getting lollipop by end of this month, do u think the experience will be almost as good as nexus 5?

Tks everyone!

wa! good for u.

my nexus 4 collecting dust cos the power button cui.

My N4 was used as a spare phone for the last 1 year or so after the power button got "not-so-responsive".
Still, i do use it on and off ..... overseas, when my @#$% Note3 needed to get fixed twice....

Did a DIY for the power button last week by following the video on N4 forum on XDA.
I used 2 tiny piece of masking tape (3 x 2mm)
Button is as good as new (for now.. finger crossed)

Im the one who changed the power button for him. Not myself. Hahaha
oops! mis-read!

how much to replace the N4 power button man. although i hardly use the N4 now, but i think the feel of the display is damn good. curvy at the sides. shiok!

can't believe its selling so cheap now for refurbished sets.

Now thinking if i should get the Moto G 2014 or the Nexus refurbish...
go for moto g 2014. got microSD support. dual stereo speakers on the front.

nexus 4 a bit old liao, and its power button problem is common after few months of usage. moto g UI almost same as Nexus.

at this price, anyone interested in getting one should just get one. and if not to your taste just pass it on or sell it off for $100 to ahbeng hp shops.

anyway, for those with power button issues, one other solution is to just use an app to read from 3.5mm; you can then use a earpiece with volume control or one of those Pressy/MiKey to wake your phone up. People who bought Pressy/MiKey meant to use it as a shortcut to program any apps you want to open (Flash/Calendar/Browser/Camera) but it works very well if you set it to open up "nothing".

Hi, my mercury casing for my Nexus 4 is becoming loose (I've used it for over a year) and I need a replacement. I really love mercury jelly covers, does anyone know where to get another mercury casing locally?

Recently, switched back using n4 w/o any casing or protector. feel great in handling for its size and form factor. Launching and switching between apps also very snappy.

Feel very satisfy with this phone and now looking forwards for the update - Android L :D
