Looks like battery life would be very similar to Galaxy Nexus with extended battery. A bit disappointed to read that the charging time is still 2-3 hrs.

besides, vyers07 was wondering about checks which i supposed he did not intend to declare or whoever is buying for him.

not to splash water to anybody doing MO...but i think it's better to buy it for yourself...the idea of getting a google nexus 4 is so that you can get an affordable unlocked high-end phone..

some of the MO's price for the 16gb (SGD600) just borderline on ridiculous.......i assure you ppl that if you are more daring and try to import yourself.....the price total is more near the high SGD400 or low SGD500....

also, the idea of asking hardware warranty can be thrown out the window as you are import a device...if LG can honour international warranty (like ASUS), then great...if not, doesn't matter...that's the caveat of doing international import. Deal with it and don't be a pu55y of worrying what if your device is lost, malfunctioned, etc. If you wanna import, that's the risk that you HAVE to take and nobody is gonna to babysit you through that.

The idea of importing and getting the device first from US is only for Tech Enthusiasts. Don't get 'caught in the hype' and buy stuff without knowing what you want and regret later.

Some may not like my tone but i feel too many ppl are getting 'caught in the hype' without knowing what you are buying. Do you research well and understand before you commit.

i agree with you but not with price though. no way the phone will reach here at less than 400. likely more to be mid 550. the key is, if one wants the phone be prepared to pay and face the risks.
