Flash kernel same as flash full custom roms. U can flash custom roms, u got the prerequisites to flash kernels.
Some people will swear by different kernels. I just pick the one that seems most popular, friendly dev to me and stick to it. So franco for me.![]()
XDA threads there got all the instructions for ya.Thanks. Haven't touched the Nexus yet, but played with my previous phones. What's the procedure like for the N4?
Either hold the power button for 1 to 2 seconds and select the silent icon.
or hold the lower volume button.
it will bring it to silent mode... this is there since the first android version. so nothing to do with versions =)
Thinking this was manufacturer by LG and not Samsung. Not sure the quality on LG as not using LG phone before. Any comment ? Thanks
but i hold lower volumn down will turn to vibrare le. how to be silent? from power button can already.
nope..............
Just to emphasize, those with data connection issues and are on StarHub, go flash the 0.27 baseband. What happens in 0.33 and 0.48 is that the phone will switch from hsdpa8 to hsdpa15 before data transfer starts. This causes a lag. 0.27 on other hand commence data transfer even at hsdpa8.
Let me see if there is significant difference in batt consumption
For me .27 is very bad in my home area. Downstairs kopitiam constantly total signal loss.Just to emphasize, those with data connection issues and are on StarHub, go flash the 0.27 baseband. thanks for your feedback bro!
somehow .48 seems abit better than .33 already.
It's common sense that mic sensitivity increases in speaker mode....think about it.nobody got mic issue ah? mic sensitivity...like in call the other party like u hear very soft, but by activating the loudspeaker mode, the mic sensitivity increases...
many complains about the mic issue on xda, due to the noise cancellation but here no ppl got this problem ah?
Telco: Starhub
