Hi guys. I accidentally dropped my Nexus 4 today and the screen cracked. The device and power button is still working fine but I cannot 'touch' the screen anymore. Anyone knows where I can fix this and how much will it cost approximately? T.T

Thanks for question. I believe they were looking at the screenshot you sent to the agent. Once the Nexus ships you will get a tracking number emailed to you. This has not happened yet, so I have contacted the warehouse to expedite your order. I will let you know any information I get.

If i remembered weiyang76's procedures correctly, the funds on your card will be on hold till they received the defective set so as of now, you can just hope they issue you a tracking no soon.

this is also the first time i came across playstore haven't ship after the stated shipping date. Dunno is it due to the news(unverified) about US playstore is not delivering to forwarders already.

IIRC, google touchcontrol or slide2wake or pgm nexus, the last one seems to be for galaxy nexus, i dunno if they have a version for N4 now.

I cannot access that link in office. Could it be you have to go through VPN as well for free calls?
