do keep a lookout if the set you are getting supports the LTE bands we use in SG (3 & 7).
unless you have no intention of running it on LTE network...........

I've heard mixed things about it. Some say that the FCC specs list for it won't include bands outside of USA, so the nexus 5 may still run it. Well even if it doesn't run 4G here, I'm quite alright with it?

I haven't moved to a 4G plan yet and besides, battery drain won't be so bad with 3G

SGP case. I ordered all 3 types plus screen protector lol. Everything in $50+ excluding shipping form US to SG. I think total damage will be less than $70.

Speaking of which, does anybody know what conversion rate Google uses? Or just based on the card (e.g. Visa, mastercard)?

Google sells in USD. Hence your credit card's bank will do the conversion.
I'm also camping tonight to see if the N5 goes on sale. Fingers crossed.
