For those whose orders have been in 'Pending' since friday night or saturday like me, this is what i did:
1) Check if ur using your own acc. If yes then create another acc from JP VPN, country japan then phone verification just use singapore number.
2) Add your card using google wallet first if not later would have checkout problems, use Tenso address for billing, and make sure country is JP! *Important*
3) Proceed to buy the phone, then at checkout add a new address (tenso also), but for credit card select the one you added just now at step 2
4) Click buy then wait... If you didn't receive any receipt or whatsoever it is normal, as I did this for three times without success then I bought again with a new account (JP) yesterday at 6pm and just now received the email that my order had been shipped :D

Are you using same CC for all those orders?

that is to say you have 3 payments under your JP Google Wallet with the status ' Pending ', and you don't receive any order receipt inside your JP GMail Inbox

upon the 4th time that you have tried, you have the 4th Payment with the status 'Shipped", and you have received the order receipt and shipping details inside the same JP GMail Inbox?
I did not receive any receipt of any sort when I ordered it for the fourth time, but still received the "order shipped" email, so yea
I cancelled all my other orders le :)

I just called Google Play helpline in US to check my order from Japan Play store. My order has been in pending state since I made the order on Saturday night. I haven't really get an answer from the customer service representative yet but he promise he will get to the bottom of the order pending issue and get back to me through email in an hour. One thing he can see from my order is it's supposed to be shipped by Nov 6. I'll update once I have the details.

i'm having the same scenario as you do. mine is from AUSPlayStore.

i accidentally made 2 orders, i received an order receipt for 1 of the order which i subsequently cancelled. however, the 2nd order, i didnt receive any order receipt inside my inbox at all.

and i have ordered it on Saturday 12pm, up till now i havent receive any news about my order yet. it is supposed to be shipped by 8th November 2013 though.

ah, judging by what you said, it seems like my order didn't go through. sian.

it is a false and invalid payment history on my google wallet.

I got many orders without confirmation email but as long you see order number when u finished ordering or its in your "My Orders" page, definitely will ship out.

All the orders that I never got the confirmation email, have already shipped out now.

Those of you who ordered and shipped from jpn, how long before you are able to track the order from yamato?
I got the ship confirmation about 24 hrs ago, till now still cannot track on the link. strange.

Called wallet. They put mine under 48hrs review process.

What kind of review? Do they ask you to provide documents to prove your identity?

Btw, Google Play customer service representative has got back to me saying my order is now processing and will be shipped by Nov 6. I have received call from bank that full amount is charged. I guess it's almost ready for shipping now. Though, my order status in the Google Play is still showing pending.

My order really stuck at pending and not being processed, according to the customer service representative. After I called them, full amount is charged to my credit card.

It seems that Google is still having issue to get the orders in order. Order made later is still being processed and shipped first just like the case for Nexus 4 last time.

like you said i never receive any order receipt inside my inbox, but still pending status.

I also can't track... Wait for tenso side to notify me..

you called up the bank and check?

Oh man, wonder if it'll ever go through.

1) Warranty issue - since this is a first gen phone, it might be prone to some major bugs/probs , without the warranty(buying frm jp) - is it still safe?

2) amazon listing - any idea when the asia version will be available? (probably offer warranty as well)

3) cost of fixing - i und even with warranty nobody in sg can help - it needs to be sent back to US/JP , how much would the repair usually cost?

Just feel that without all this support and warranty, might not be worth shipping it over :( especially since its not as affordable as n4.

1. i dont think anyone can guarantee you that

2. i dont think amazon will list the asia version. only US set probably.

3. 35$ to send back to us if i am not wrong but got downtime.

Same here. Japan, POSB debit. I'm thinking if by tonight there's no charge on my card, I'm going to cancel and re-order a 16GB instead of a 32GB one.

Imo, buy it only if you have good luck with electronic devices. There are some people who always have to invoke their warranty when it comes to electronics and if you belong to that group, I'd advise you not to buy and wait for LG to officially offer it in Singapore.
