why not call the telco and say u wanna change to 4g? Its free to change, just that you have to forgo the 12gb data.

That's the exact reason I don't want to change to 4g. I'm a heavy data user.

Yea..!!! I used speedpost to check my tracking number and it wrote processing at sorting center @ 22:47 08/11/13.. Meaning it is in Singapore..? wonder tomorrow half day will I be able to get it.. Just wanna check, my order is under review and it's been almost 24 hours, what are they checking ah? If they cancel my order because of suspicious activity, can just create a new gmail and order again with same credit card? Anyone here experienced this before but succeeded?

Call the bank and ask if the bank has made the funds available to Google Play. If have, then you just have to wait for Google to take action. Nothing much else you can do.
