My phone got like 7 or 8 dead pixels, and also the microphone got severe static sound like this: Nexus 5 Microphone Issue - YouTube

My phone no dead pixels.
Microphone has static sound but not so serious like in the video.
Is it a hardware or software problem ?

Paid shipping fees on 8 Nov but until now, no news of vpost shipping the item from Japan ( even though the estimated arrival is 15-20 Nov?

based on mine.. reached japan vpost on 7/11. made the payment immediately.

reached me 12/11.

it's over the weekend, so im not sure if they work during the weekend. if not, then it's consider quite fast as well.

you could check speedpost tracking, its more reliable i think. my package reached vpost on 7/11, it reached sg on 11/11. now its on speedpost tracking list... hopefully tomorrow ill get a "courier" status

Are order receipt from google good or bad? My previous order (that got cancelled) google didn't send me order receipt..

pretty good i guess. My I don't received any order receipt in my first two orders within 30 mins so I cancel and the third try, I received it within 10mins. My Nexus 5 is somewhere in Japan on the way to vpost location as we speak...

pretty good i guess. My I don't received any order receipt in my first two orders within 30 mins so I cancel and the third try, I received it within 10mins. My Nexus 5 is somewhere in Japan on the way to vpost location as we speak...

Does that mean that there is higher chances of order going through if we get the order receipt? i placed an order 2 days back and there was no receipt sent to me, now after seeing this i cancelled and placed the order again and in like 2 min i have got the order receipt.

Many people say it's hardware cos resetting to factory default did not solve the prob.. while some others did not even report the problem at all so should be hardware...

Erm haven't calculate yet xD but will do.. I using the same method I sent my Nexus 4 for RMA.. which is waiting for JP there to send new phone to tenso address, then from there send my phone over using SingPost.

Hmm i think my package is not even registered on speedpost yet :x tried using the package ID for vpost in speedpost but cannot be found *desperate*

Only thing i can do is sit around and wait a few more days.

Having some serious issue while transferring large amount / size of file through MTP.

While transferring halfway, it will state that "... process android.process.media has stopped" and when you click ok, it will stop transfer and hang.

Seem like Media Storage process is having some issue. I did a force close, and a clear data, reboot, plug out and in the usb cable. Transferring now, and it works ok for now.

In case anyone had this issue, can try my solution.

Hi, how do you cancel the order? In Google wallet, I can see the order status as pending and there dun seems to be a way to cancel it. It has been a day and a half, no change.
