Two days ago, my N5 also slipped out of my pocket while I was sitting down and having coffee. The phone dropped to the concrete floor (about 50 cm height) and I heard a soft "pakkk.." sound. My heart dropped. However when I examined the N4 - not a scratch or dent. Luckily I had on a hard casing ($4 job) but without SP.

Hmmmm, your Nexus 5 transformed into a Nexus 4 after dropping on the floor? Lolol

Me, I order on 16 Nov midnight and deducted from my CC on 17 Nov early morning and Purchase email status will be out on 20 Nov.

Today, it got shipped out with tracking no. but have to wait till it can be trackable.

I too have numerous cancellation till I almost give up and order from other reseller here.

How did you succeed!?! Mine cancelled twice liao. Using Visa, anyone else succeeded with Visa?

Or should use Mastercard?

yes, used citibank, but my invoice did not reflect the insurance charges.
I am very upset, as the CSO avoid telling me they can not find my items, even though i got an email on 11 Nov to state the item arrived at singpost warehouse.

How to trust them.

you need to pressure them. threaten them if needed because the postman sometimes very lazy. i've heard of cases where postman kept the parcel n letter to themself one. thats why i don't like singpost.

to add on... they knock on your door lightly, and whisper Postman...then slip you the notice slip.

i remember more than 5 yrs ago where postman knock my door so hard till i woke up from my DEEP sleep, its no longer the case anymore

I just ordered, so here are the steps.

1) Register at Forwarding service connecting overseas customers and Japanese online stores [ Tenso.com ]

2) Send over photocopy of your IC/driver's licence/passport front and back. They just want to know your name and address as Japan's laws dictate they have to do this.

3) Install VPN, I used OkayFreedom. https://www.okayfreedom.com/

4) Get a Japanese connection using OkayFreedom.

5) Go to https://play.google.com/store/devices/details?id=nexus_5_black_32gb and select your choices. I used Chrome's Incognito mode (Ctrl-Shift-n) so I can translate the website and avoid signing out of my real Google account)

6) When you click checkout you will be asked to register a new Google account. Register for it with the address provided by Tenso. (Guide here: Shopping on Japanese Websites)

7) Enter your credit card details (shipping and billing address must both be Tenso's). Click buy and wait for the item to arrive at Tenso.

8) Once you receive the email from Tenso, do the following and pay:

why after so many bad reviews on vpost, are people still using vpost??? io seriously dont understand!

please, stop using vpost la. even if it's cheaper, does that cheaper justify the risk of losing your package?

i swore nv to use vpost, i still swear by this, and i will forever swear never to use vpost. citibank give me $20 off first shipping i also dont use. straight to dustbin.
