Xs will most probably be released in Mar/Apr & Gs3 may be released the earliest in May/Jun.

By the time Gs3 came out, lets hope we can hear some news regarding the rumored hayabusa & mint. I hope one of it is successor to play.

Yeah... Xperia Play successor will be awesome. I am going for Xperia S.
I hope Sony put OLED screen on their phones. They had put it in A77 viewfinder, PSVita screen. Why they no include it in their phone. Hopefully Samsung AMOLED screen will be killed.
