Real pity nothing has been done to save local OnePlus operations, just hoping they re-enter our local market with the OnePlus 5!! :s13:

Officially in Singapore? Probably never? Considering their past (failed) attempt at getting the OP3 in here. Easiest/fastest option is to buy it yourself from US or HK online store and ship in through forwarders. Do note will probably incur GST too.

OR...

Be patient and hope enterprising resellers will import them and sell them for a more reasonable price on qoo10, Lazada, and what not. :D

Then it will be still China Hydrogen OS and flashed to Oxygen OS.

Yeah. Gonna be a bit more patient. Actually seeing the OP5 is making me feel like the OP3T could be a great deal now. Like other than the camera, the performance I don't think will be a huge difference.

i think the best way is to wait for Qoo10 vouchers and buy from expansys lol.

omg suddenly I feel I need 8 GB RAM on my phone for don't know what reason lol.

The thing about getting a OnePlus phone is you never know if a OnePlus 5T will come out in 6 months time. This is essentially OnePlus telling the existing OnePlus 5 users "Serve you right for being the first adopters!".

And the software support (or lack thereof)..............

hahaha precisely my concern, I was rocking my iPhone and S7 when OP3 came out. decided to pass, blink of an eye OP3T with bigger battery and stronger processor got launched, lol so why not?

"OnePlus, meanwhile, admitted to “rigging” benchmark results earlier this year to try and make its OnePlus 3 and 3T flagships appear more capable than they are."

Quoted from here.

Interesting, thanks for flagging it up.

Though benchmarks and real-time tests on the phone by various YouTuber's show that (out of the box) the phone does rival the other competitors in the market.

Let's see how it goes.

Edit: They've done it again.
