Anybody switch from Nexus 6p to OP5? 6p camera isn't that great so I can assume that OP5 is definitely better. My far my stock Nexus 6p running on Android 7.1.2 encrypted still running fine only occasionally will hv a bit of slow down... I believe OP5 will fly...

Am I correct to say that?

Yes...sd810 and sd835...and 3gb ram vs 6 or 8gb ram...even now my p10 plus see to run faster a lot than my n6p.

Yes my wife was using 6p and switched to mi5s plus. After the latest OS update 6p really slow down like ****. Google doing what Apple does and pushing everyone to upgrade to Pixel

My wife's mi5s plus runs much faster than her pixel, 6gb ram is a world of difference.

And my op5 runs MUCH faster than her mi5s plus also ;)

Camera on OP5 is really excellent. Shutter speed is DAMN fast. I can capture super clear shots on moving subjects

It's not that bad la. Overall is good one, unless you like to pixel peep or crop in a lot. Then you'll really notice the image processing, especially at night. There is a chance of them improving it through software update i think since it's mostly just the processing, but it's a huge HUGE gamble that may never happen. For most people it's okay one. In fact the colours and metering are good, and overall still looks nice one. :s13:

Probably need to reset and setup it up over again. Usually, after a major update to the Android version u hv to do that and then it will be smooth again.

Even before the update, the phone was definitely not super fast like the OP5 also. The ram is a big factor.

I never ever have to close any apps now, like ever. And Doze makes sure my battery life stays good as well if I don't close apps
