I went to my favourite frag shop today with the intent to sample some from my list and was super pleasantly surprised by Cartier Declaration. It wasn't even high up on my list. I was actually more interested in Paco Rabanne's Black XS and 1 Million.
I can see that Declaration and Terre D'Hermes was created by the same nose, Jean Claude Ellena. But with enough difference that I just had to buy Declaration. Very happy with my hoot. I also bought Flora Glorious Mandarin by Gucci for my wife.
The salesperson also sprayed some Lalique White for me on paper and I have to sample it on my skin first but I have a feeling that one is on my Buy list too. hehe

How is the smell of this cartier, bro? more like fresh mandarin or woody?
And, how much is that?:s13:

On the streets when you smell a guy or someone with nice perfume smell, will you approach and ask him what perfume he uses?! haha

There is once I wanted to do so as I have been searching for such perfume smell, it smell like powdery type which many Executives are using but never approach in the end. =:p

Now, I found something similar to the fragrance which I have been searching for, it is like the Salvatore Ferragamo Attimo Pour Homme.

I have the same situation as you, just thought the perfume is damn nice something I looking for as well. But didn't approach haha, like so wrong.

Anyway I'm using Issey Miyake and Versace Pour homme now

I see, the Issey Miyake you using is for female or male? I have been using the version for female, the bottle like a cone shape and the cap is silver with the silver ball.

Is the Versace lasting compared to the Issey Miyake?

It is both. The top notes are bitter orangey to me, quite sweet in a floral rather than gourmand way. It then develops into a slight Vetiver earthy woody scent always with that sweet floral edge. It has that old school perfume style. I really like it a lot. Longevity and sillage are average but that's ok for me. Could be my nose is a little blocked yesterday. Will use it in my work setting and review again.

I got the 100ml tester for SGD60

I confirm buy Encre Noir. Will have to check out Body Kouros.
Can't stand Kouros though.

Edit: I just bought Encre Noir. :D

Body Kouros and Kouros is totally different. Kouros has that Indian spicy smell very overpowering, IMO only second to Antaeus in terms of projection, even Le Male's projection also can't beat Kouros. Body Kouros is more of a sweet incense smell with medium projection...

It is strong but I don't think it's stronger than A*men. If u liked Amen and do wear it you should have no problem wearing PM. It's a flanker that shares the same 'platform' as original amen but the opening is like the raw malt that brewers use to make beer and whisky. Not so much coffee as Amen. I've only worn it once to a BBQ (perfect occasion) but the dry down is very similar to original Amen. I have both plus a sample of pure havane which I have not used.
