Been using Fragonard since 8 years ago. I usually buy 3 200ML bottles different variants I used before and one bottle can last me around 9 months or more...when I am not in Europe, I will use the USA website to send to VPOST and then ship from there. I heard there were some issues shipping perfumes, but did not face any problems when declaring it. It is 63 USD for 200ML bottle, by the time it comes to Singapore iwth delivery charge, its around 100 +- SGD for a 200ML bottle.

There is a shop in Millenia walk selling Fragonard but its more expensive and for men, they only bring in the 100ML bottle which is the same price as the 200ML bottle i bought.

Buying fragrances for other people is rather risky as preferences for scents are ultimately very subjective. Better to ask opinions from other girls.
Alternatively, you can choose to purchase safe scents that many girls are wearing such as Daisy by Marc Jacobs and Viva la Juicy by Juicy Couture (smells sweet, seductive). Heard the latest Viva la Juicy Gold Couture is an excellent flanker as well.

Last time I saw VLJ was at Perfume Forever (LVL3 HK Street) in Jurong Point. About $70 for 100ml bottle. You can pop over to nearby Sasa/Sephora to see if they carry Marc Jacobs, and also to try out other fragrances. Many designer fragrances lie between $50 and $100.

EDIT:
For a greater range and possibly better prices - Jasina Cosmetics. Google their location (Nearest MRT City Hall). I saw them selling multiple versions of VLJ.
