Bros, asking on behalf of my sis in law who has a note 5, do you observe lag when awakening the phone from standby? even with the fingerprint sensor disabled, there is a significant lag time till the phone activates from standby

Is it the battery saving feature is too satki? Any bros can advise on possible solutions?

Guess Spigen took it down from their website (Just like the Note 4 previously)

The Glas Tr for Note 5 was available for preorder until a few days back.

Yea .. i experience the same thing as well .. I was looking at it .. then suddenly it's no longer there. I was using SPIGen glass on my Note 3 and very happy with it .. saved my friend and my Note 3 screen before.

Want to get the same one for Note 5 but seems they are not selling it .. I am still hoping they will sell it on 9/30.

Besides SPIGen, any other good glass SP brands to try?

So far tried the $15 one from P20 and Nanotech but but not as good as the SPIGEN screen protector.

Is the new note 5 warm ? I feel that it is overheated despite factory setting couple of time .what should I do ?

Just got my new phone. I didn't do any factory setting but just upgrade to the latest firmware.

As my sim card is the big normal SIM card, I didn't really get to use it yet but after I upgraded my firmware, I left it overnight on wifi. Battery life drop 2% only.

So now I have upgraded my firmware, must i do any factory reset for a better performance?

I guess no harm for you to reset, considering that you have not started using the phone.

yes even i have ocassionally that problem where it become unresponsive and starts back normally after 3 or 4 seconds .

Actually is recommended to factory reset after each update... but sometimes very troublesome like having to set up everything again. But since u haven't use the phone yet, i suggest u factory reset. Imo

buey tahan. when turning it on from when the screen is off to check phone, it keeps lagging now. happens a few times in a day but still on and off. not all the time. the fingerprint scanning is not responsive and phone just hangs. -_- if it keeps happening i will reset the phone.

i am not using battery saving mode btw.
