Is this your first pair of 1.67 hvll made? Definitely not the lens index that cause this.. got many possibilities.. is your frame curved? Is your degree high too? Is the lens fit in the frame tight..? Might Cause warping of the lens which in cause distortion? I suggest checking back with your retailer..

If you want to be sure, gotta know if your lens are made from newer materials or older first gen tech

You can consider Oakley cross link range.. will be slightly over your Budget.. but it's more reputable than the other cheaper frames if you do slightly more intense activities.
