Orh ok. Anyway i think that will be my last pair of essilor lens. Going forward since i will be making progressive, will be looking at both zeiss and hoya. Do you know any skillful opticians who carry zeiss smartlife progressive individual other than the 3 shops which you usually recommends? My regular optical shop doesnt carry smartlife lens he says only selected shops so i assume must have the equipment or ipad app. I think hoya mystyle maybe he carry. If lets say he also dont carry, any hoya shop to recommend? Best if the shop have both lenses. Using zeiss equipment still can take readings for mystylen measurements right?

I think the measurements should be the pupilary distance (PD?), distance between lens and eyes, tilt angle of frame? If lets say shop dont have the needed equipment, can actually arrange for me go down to zeiss HQ and hoya HQ to take the measurements? Any advice?

Take all the anti fog you see with a pinch of salt. As I mentioned, the website you are is another region one. Thus not all the products there sg has.
Sg Essilor also got anti fog, but we all know how work :s12:

ahhhhhh

ok i got what you mean now
no wonder so many shops i go to like very reluctant to talk about "anti-fog"

For Zeiss smartlife I think you can go to videre.
Hoya no need say, you want properly done, i will recommend eyewear optics for sure. Nope won’t be able to arrange for you to go there. Unless it’s problem problem problem case, take note when I quote 3 problem lol. If not usually settle at shop.

You wan anti fog , I can recommend you to use a anti fog spray that works very well. It cost 20 dollars but works like a charm.

Fortunately, it wouldn’t. Tested since covid last year and no issue up to now. *fingers crossed*

i am very paranoid about coatings getting scratched off etc since we can't really see them

but ok do you have a link to your recommended anti-fog spray?

Actually when looking closely, we can see the scratches off coating.
I don’t have the link for it, you can try googling it, swan demist spray for spectacles. Eyewear optics have it, mr eyewear has it.

My shortsightedness is about 700 to 800 degree. My astigmatism should be less than 200. I usually face the computer for at least 8 hours per day.

SYNC III and Nulux active seems the similar. What type of Hoya lens suits me better? Any recommendation? What is the estimated price if its 1.74 high index and 1.64 high index lens?

How about essilor? I was quite confuse with the many types of lens available and not sure which suits me more. For a person who face computers for long hours which is a more suitable lens? Blue UV capture or Eyezen or others?
