I have never worn progressive before. I think I won't try. Will just get normal spectacles for my short-sightedness. If I need to see near, will just take off my classes or move the phone screen further away.
I don't wish to spend anything more then $200. So anything decent is good enough for me I guess and owndays fits my budget. But I think I would need to top-up if I want blue filter lens.
Does blue filter lens really work? A lot of online medical articles actually says blue filter lens is not necessary and it has no added advantage.
Eg.

Progressives are useful if you are going to use it for daily live routine. You might be able to manage now if your eye muscles are still able to accommodate. Removing your glasses to read will not damage your eyes but only causes tiredness, headache, blurring of vision after a longer duration.
With a budget of 200, if it fits the Owndays price range, then by all means go for it. It might be able to serve you well and then who knows, you will be able to save more money too!
There are inconclusive studies to show blue light to significantly/permanently damage your eyes. The proven fact
Is that it causes eye fatigue. I advocate blue light filter lenses as for me, the yellowish hue to me is a game changer(each to his own take note!)
