Essilor Varilux and Zeiss progressive lenses, which one is better? Zeiss is more expensive than Essilor?
I wouldn’t say any one better than the other… depends on if you have any experience with them. Essilor has another catalogue which is Nikon which is higher tier

my daughter recently pulled my specs and the hinge snapped

any recommendations for a spec that doesn't snap, indestructible and light?

There is a plastic frame type , the arm can bend till the specs almost flat and still ok

what brand?

no particular brand.. think the material is called Ultem (PEI)
extremely light and flexible. Think owndays has it too, but seems to be v thin. The one i got is from neighborhood shop, thicker like normal plastic frame.


Can see how flexible and bendy it is from this video

Any good professionals spectacles shop in sg can do anisometropia glasses with that can do iseikonic lenses+ progressive prescription difference around Right -2.50 Left -9.00 budget around 1.7k .

Any recommended shop to do lens only? Getting frame online and rather do lens with eye test in SG. Thanks.
