Can anyone kindly advise which shops are better in terms of price and service? getting glasses for the first time so need some help please.
Besides queensway, are shops like nanyang optical, sunglass hut, capitol optical etc. any good?

Dita Cazal

Hi, anyone interested in a getting a pair of Dita/Cazal collabaration sunglasses? These are modeled on the fabled Cazal 902's that were discontinued in the early ninties and only re-released in a limited edition run that features 4 colours (black, red, yellow and gold).

The glasses can be seen on the Dita website.

The only reason I ask is because I have a contact in Hong Kong where I usually buy my glasses from and they have informed me that they have a big sale on this model, the glasses cost USD 750 usually (if you can still find them) but the shop is now selling it at less than half that.

They only have 1 pair per colour, and when I got there, the gold was sold out, and I bought the black pair. They only have the red (quite sweet) or yellow pairs left. The glasses will come new, complete with box set.

This is not a scam, I am not earning anything from this and I just want to pass along a favour to a fellow Singaporean as I know first hand how difficult it was for me to source for this as well.

Forgot to add, the shop is completely legit and will provide warranty.
I have bought a pair of Chrome Hearts sunnies from them and when we were there recently, my gf bought a pair of derome brenner's for about SGD$120, which I think is a bloody steal.

Their Chrome Hearts sunnies are regular price, over SGD3000 for the limited edition ones. Maybe a little bit of discount for regular customer
Warranty wise, since Dita does not have a service centre or distributor in Singapore, it will go back to HKG.

This morning I just received my glasses from the above mentioned website! Finally!

I ordered on 21 Nov 08. It was sent to UK post office on 5 Dec 08, and I received it on 20 Dec 08. Its really a long wait.

The frame is confirmed Original. Good stuff and of cos... REALLY CHEAP!

Another source you guys can consider if you don't mind the wait. Remember to pay by paypal. In case it never arrived, we can cut the payment within 45 days.
