Thanks for the suggestion but transition lenses don't work behind the windscreen. Anyway got new progressive lenses plus clip-on polarised lenses customised to fit my frame (CAESAR FLIP II - Co.SASAMATA). Can be flipped up so more convenient that the magnetic ones, esp in tunnels.

owndays also not say very good. thong sia lenses for progressives or other "special" add ons

To those thinking or have done lasik for whatever reasons, you have 5% chance of getting infection that may lead to blindness, song boh? Contact lens wearer only 1% nia. While wearing spectacles virtually close to 0 chance. Weigh the risks reward ratio & make the right decision. Your eyes are your own. They are the window to the world. Most important organ. Only you can take it away from yourself. Live healthy. Live right.

Was walking around my neighborhood when i passed by 2 separate optical shops displaying this particular poster. So maybe its legit afterall and that EyeWorkz is some sort of local distributor for this product. They even have adverts running on Suria

For those interested, Eyechamp @ nEX shopping center is having a moving out promo whereby selected frame + kodak 1.61 index lens is going for $88 nett onwards.

Mimeo currently having GSS promo. Prices way cheaper than owndays if you going for no brand frames and lens. But mimeo's range of frames available are smaller compared to outside shops.

Plastic frame, got brand no brand all sama sama. Metallic frame, maybe branded ones are slightly better but even those 500-600 dollar frame if user dont know how to take care also will gone case in no time.

plastic frame, even u buy new ones, also already tio scratched before you wear them. i think bo bian eh. aiya buy cheap is the best la. now specs change like accessory like that. One pair u wear how long? 5, 10 years meh?

yup exactly. 1 pair expensive cost 400-500 bucks u can buy 3-4 pairs cheap, maybe even more if u buy online. I change specs every 2-3 years so really pointless investing large sum on branded frames. Also even u buy the most costly branded frame to haolian, its not like anybody will actually take notice and come up to you and ask "wah, what brand specs you wearing?"
