If you want to know what is the problem, find a qualified and experienced optometrist to trouble shoot for you. Otherwise, sometimes all you need is some adjustments to the frame angles and it should be fine.

doesnt help... i have sold many pairs... because couldnt get use to them... because of whatever reason for each pair... i usually take 1 week to try... if cant adapt... means too bad... those that i can wear are those i adapt within 2days...
of cos it doesn't help if you just go to any optical shop, besides they are not obligated if you haven't patronise them before.
for detailed trouble shooting, not many people know how to do it, especially those who are not properly trained but learn only from experience. sometimes even properly trained optometrists do not know how to do it.
on the other hand, sometimes it could be that you are very sensitive, slight changes will cause long adaptation. so inorder find out the problem, we need to rule out the possible causes for the problem.
is your service provider doing this for you when you have problem?
i went back and they accept replacement.. i also insist on having the authenticity card and SFT coating. no extra charges.![]()
anyone knows which place got sell hamamoto frames?
design seem quite unique and lightweight
seems that all the shops i visit... recommend Essilor Crizal...
i would say depends on how badly the paint is scratched off. it's not considered shoddy workmanship, but mishandling or simply due to poor quality frame.
whether acceptable or not it's up to the consumer. if you cannot accept, ask them to change the frame.
Yes they are the same.
I think going for cheap unbranded lens is not the solution, due to quality problem. Some of those cheap lenses are lenses that don't pass QC when they are manufactured from the factory. But if you are lucky , you get good ones.
Going to a reliable and honest retailer is the solution. there are still conman, but they are minority. Charging a high price is one thing, but giving you a different product from the one agreed is obviously cheating. It's very serious if word spread around that they are dishonest. reputation will go down the drain.
