Thanks, We were kinda already eyeing other units in Visionaire, but it was a hard choice since the units left were not to our liking.

Once we heard the bounced out news late last evening, we pulled the trigger immediately! Stack 45!

Hi guys, currently we're having a dilemma which roof to get over our heads. Initially wanted to get a resale but many ppl seemed to advise against it, then we turned to BTO but the timeline is simply too long for us, lastly we're thinking of getting a 2Br here in the Visionaire.
Just wondering if this is a practical move as a 3Br's price is way too steep.
Would be great if we can gather some learned views here. Thanks!

If you are planning to have more than a kid, 2 bedrooms is too small le... One of my colleagues regrets it after having his 2nd kids... My sister also got a 2 bedroom from a couples who sold to her as it is too small for their 2 kids le....One option is that you can get this 2 bedroom first and then later updgrade to a bigger house when you have more kids....Another option is that get a just 5 years old resale BTO 4 or 5 rooms flat and later upgrade to a 3 bedroom condo if you have enough $$$.

Went down to the showflat ytd and we really liked the layout and feel of V...
The agent helped us to crunch the numbers and we decided to stretch the dollar and make a more practical choice of getting a 3Br at stack 56!
Just booked our unit and i'm really excited!
