some information i've gathered:

- preview pending cos of some approval process (not sure what)

- qingjian bidded the land higher than its cdl neighbour

- instead of 3+u, Visionaire is set to have co-space concept

- facing will be the foresty area or pool view. foresty area however, has a road infront, not sure if it'll be noisy and whether the foresty area would be cleared in time to come.

i think its too early for you to be eligible, normally 6 months before MOP then can try to appeal.
But that one also just reserve the unit only, doesn't mean u have booked it yet.

Can try. But I think it's such that the developer will reserve your choice unit only. Official transaction still must wait till 5 years then can do.

Yes. U sure can apply as the expected TOP is 2019. So long yr MOP is after TOP, U can apply. I've enquired this from hdb and they had given me official letter.

True last time when market is good I tried appeal developer did not even consider. Now even more than 1 year+ till MOP they will consider last i heard.

This only applies if u have bot a resale flat without cpf housing grant. If so, then u can apply for EC as long as ur MOP is before the EC's TOP.

If ur flat is a BTO or resale flat with cpf housing grant, then u gonna wait till ur MOP is over b4 u can apply to purchase an EC. Hope this info helps.
