yepz...for 3+study unit, bedroom 3 is slightly smaller and the unit does not have a WC and storeroom in the kitchen.

for 3BR premium, u wun get the study room.

Derong, when exactly is the TOP for Visionaire? The info on QJ says Q1 2019 but the executivecondo website states Oct 2018. Which is it?

should be earlier than Oct 2018. I think a project shoudn't rush as there's high chance of having defects(troublesome).

Also, do you know the smart home subscription fees after the first year for Visionaire? Someone mentioned 7-8k!! Scare die me lah! Is it true? My agent says he doesn't know because there's no info from developer. Why some know some don't know?

The 7-8k sounds out of the world to me. Maybe u wanna verify with tat person's agent.
