It's around 3.5 - 4 ounces but I skive down the pockets and anything near an edge to make it a touch thinner.

can i ask what is the purpose for doing that?
Just to make it a bit thinner. It doesn't affect anything structurally. It is mainly for the comfort of your pocket.

always wanted a mid wallet! was even contemplating different designs from Bottega and LV but decided against it (maybe cos it was too ex
) but got poisoned by how well seasoned some wallets look

Workmanship looks good. Cutting, stitching, edge finishing all on point.. How it will last can only tell in the years to come
The Shinki shell cordovan stains a tad easily with my sweaty palms though, nothing permanent but I'm still hoping this gets better as the leather wears in

New wallet arrived last night
Looks good! Don't need to worry too much about sweaty palms staining.
