Ashland's cordovan wallets with reverse interior are fully shell cordovan. What you see on the interior of the wallet are the reverse side of the shell.

Ashland use thin horsehide for their Moc interior wallets. So it is usually priced cheaper than their full shell cordovan.

I have a Johnny the Fox Whiskey Moc interior from an earlier Massdrop's drop. Would have picked a full shell if the option was made available then. Horsehide interior on my wallet has stretched a bit and edges tend to curl up with 6-months use.

Thank you very much. Decided to whack 1 set to try. Wasted color #8 is sold out. Can only go for black.

Worth buying? How is the quality? Color 4 & 8 seems quite close lei. How is this compared to Chester Mok? Is there any local made ones?

Yep I have a navy shell with moc interior gotten last year. Still serving me well and I can't recommend it enough hahaha.

I presume the moc interior will get stretch after u put many cards? Seems like only the reverse interior ones is more durable. Correct?

Hello all! It's been awhile. I've loved seeing all the wallets you've been receiving lately from various makers.

I figured I'd share some of the recent things I've worked on. I recently purchased a sewing machine and have been practicing on it to make some machine stitched wallets at a more affordable price. I'll still continue to offer hand stitching as an option but I think the more options, the better!

I am especially proud of how the stitching looks on both the front side as well as the back side. Machine stitching can run the risk of having a "blown through" look on the back side which doesn't look the best.

Please feel free to provide any and all feedback!

Exterior is made from Horween Natural Shell Cordovan. Interior is made from Horween Pebble Grain Saddle Shell Cordovan.

What's the going price for a handmade full bifold wallet from a local leathercrafter? I understand it varies due to material cost, but wanted to get a sensing.

Hi guys, want to share some card holders and wallets that I've made since starting leathercrafting.

Still working on a way to get thinner bifolds (changing design, leather and technique), and also haven't thought of a way to elegantly carry coins. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Oh and any feedback will be greatly appreciated :) Thanks for looking!

I got it from mass drop at US$219. Thinking of polishing/ waxing the leather before I start using it. I am overseas now so can't take any pic. It is black cordovan with reverse interior.

Does anyone know where i can go to get a custom leather case done up? I don't mind diy but I need the tools and expertise. I understand there's some workshop but it seems like you can only opt for specific items.

Chestermox, Guarded Goods, John Faler.

Because I am also interested to do a custom bifold from John Faler, but my current Chestermox one is still going strong.
