I rem when I went to chuan watch a few months back - the owner son, I think nic... Was also sharing the same thing. He mentioned not to shake the watch when the watch stops cos it will spoil the main spring or something..

Maybe I will use another word instead of the word [Shake]. [Shake] Seems like a strong action word.

[Tilt] the watch to the left and to the right, to move the rotor. This should activate the self winding mechanism and the seconds hand should start moving.
